In order to request a refund, please contact us providing the reason you would like to request a refund
A member of our team will then be in touch to guide you throught the refund process.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refund processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
